Increase the MRC for the customer significantly and this can be done (in a dense central area of a city) with high-capacity PTP only, zero PtMP, using 24, 60 and 80 GHz radios.
Needs an access agreement for each rooftop that allows for a minimum of 3 radios on each roof so that you can build rings and redundancy.
