We audit ours about 4 times a year.  It has never had an issue.  And the
fees for IP Pay are the best in the nation.  I have worked with 5 different
Merchant companies over the years and currently use 2, one being IP Pay and
the other is for our paging company CRM software called Merchant ???.  I
think the world of IP Pay.  Their customer service is fantastic and their
fess, again, are the best!
