I'm saying that crap being run by people without an NN license or
without registering locations has killed part of the 3.65 band in some
areas. Here it's unregistered UBNT M365 noisy crickets everywhere. I
would hate to see the same thing happen to Part 101. The difference is
possible actual enforcement, at least.
