A running coupling constant since it's value may vary slightly in different 
parts of the universe and vacuum polarization.

The FSM registers are extended from his framework. Mapping macro and micro 
using cubical geometry and prime indexing. Funny I was looking into this exact 
same thing like 35 years ago when I naively thought I could develop a general 
compression algorithm. Weird.
