Better systems? Isn't it part of free choice to only want to know part of
the truth, the relevant truth, never the irrelevant truth? The greater
majority of humans function like that. All genera search for like
propagation. Like seeks like and spawn like. This is how intra-species
dominance evolve.

Few of us regularly consider spectra, nuclei, RNA and elemental synthesis
in an holistic universal context.

Further, isn't it true that any system is only as "better" as its relative
scaffolding and platform permits?

W.r.t. your prior thought on an FSM and dynamical systems, would you
consider that the postulated holographic reality may be saturated with a
type of "perfect state machine", the determinent of inherent structural
limitation, positing a higher-order class of "decision" topology?
