Hmmm...  The 3 dashes seem ok-ish, though I would have expected it to hit a
full 4+ volts after a few hours of charging. Perhaps my cell has gone bad,
too? It had been sitting (disconnected, at storage voltage) for quite a
while.

I don't understand the second set of dashes, though. Is it oriented
horizontally for idle mode?
