Ok, very weird, when I realized I could talk to it with the USB cable, everything looks ok -- I just can't connect with the Teledongle - I tried 2 laptops, both with same issue. Tried scanning channels, switching etc. yes, it's horizontal.
Any ideas how I can test to see if the radio is transmitting?
