Depends on who you're selling the app to - are you talking about the average person who wouldn't go outside of the Market to buy an app, or are you talking about those who go to other sites such as Andappstore.com or Slideme.org? I would think that your average user is still in the Market. This whole chargeback thing is a lousy deal, but I get why it exists. I don't know why the customer would dispute a $.99 charge (that's kind of a cheapskate move) but I guess the only way to avoid this kind of thing is to factor it into the price...
