It's bad idea. IMO It should only be enable by default  for apps
installed from 3rd party markets. I think Google should add permission
in manifest.xml for installing apps. Then user would be able to
install 3rd party market client and use it like normal market. Of
course even if its technically good idea there could be some business
issues with that.
