Thanks for the suggestions.

Can anyone confirm that users can only leave a single review and newer
ones will replace the old ones?  If so then he must be using multiple
accounts - though all the comments show up with the same name.

I only have an ADP1 phone, so I can't mark anything as spam or even
see my own apps on the market (I use Cyrket to view the reviews).

In the end I went ahead and implemented the change that this guy
wanted - in the hope that he would disappear.  Now he's sending me
more emails, but I'm too pissed off to even read them.  I'm guessing
it's just a matter of time before the one star reviews start up
again.  It's a frustrating situation.
