Based on posts I've seen on the Android Market support forum, no one Google does anything about these comment or any apps that are flagged as inappropriate. Cyrket appears to only pull in new comments and cache them instead of pulling in the full list each time. So if you look at Cyrket you will see all the comments a user has posted, including their updates, so it appears as if they're leaving multiple comments. You can't please everyone and there will ALWAYS be that one person that has something to complain about. Don't make changes based on what he wants or he'll just keep asking for more from you.
