They probably didn't understand the UI. If they put any actual
information in the comment I could probably have helped them. Comments
generally suck for getting help and no one ever seems to notice they
can email the developer from the market app. I get plenty of email
from the feedback feature in my app (more than I get comments and
about par with ratings) but never any from the the market.
