I got a good one today: (1 star)

It sucks a big one
Comments like this always make me wonder why the poster would bother
to add a comment like this. It's totally unhelpful to anyone reading
it as it offers no information other than a snide insult. What type of
person would do this? Are they angry at the world? Do they lack the
intelligence to make a critical thought? Are they just of low, mean or
jealous? It really reflects more on them then on the app.
To make them feel important? Most likely it is their life that sucks. ;-)
Then I got another one just a few minutes ago: (4 stars)

Fast as heck! But I did not like size of the screen. It should be
larger and ONLY be able to move once it is full sized. DUMP Droid X.
This rather cryptic message really is no help either as the app is
full screen on the Droid X once it's zoomed out. Did the poster fail
to understand what the zoom button was for? Did he not bother to read
the explicit instructions that pop up when the app is first started?
Is this poster just confused? Again, no helpful information to any
other user.
They can read? Many of the users don't even understand that the Menu
button can be used in apps too. They think it only has something to do
with the phone. Part of the problem is the early adopters have drifted
over from the iPhone or even other smartphones and "get it" while you
have people who for the first time are using a mobile device other than
an dumb phone and don't get that they have to play with their phone a
bit to get the hang of it. I put two kinds of help in my paid apps: one
help file included and another which opens up a webview and goes to a
help file on my web site. This way I can address issues that pop up
between releases. But read them? Very few do. And some expect my $5
app to do something a $300 program will do. :-D
