My support email address is right on the front of the splash screen and
when I do get email some will just say "your program has a bug". So
which program? I have several on the Market. And most all these bugs
were found to be between the ears of the user.
After all nobody here unless you are representing a medium to large
company will have 5-12 QA folks to beat up your app before it releases.
Monkey keeps getting improved and maybe some day it will be as good as
the Palm one. And the developer testing his own app like an author
proofreading his own writing doesn't work too well.

They probably didn't understand the UI. If they put any actual
information in the comment I could probably have helped them. Comments
generally suck for getting help and no one ever seems to notice they
can email the developer from the market app. I get plenty of email
from the feedback feature in my app (more than I get comments and
about par with ratings) but never any from the the market.

It probably is not working due to other issues. I.e out of memory, too many
apps in phone, old version of iphone, maybe something you assumed would be true
for all desires, or just general buggines of OS. Or maybe they are runing into
a new bug you don't know about.
I've gotten this type of message too unfortunately no way to help them without
acess to the logs.

One of my favourites was:
"Does not support X" (1 star)
where X was the main feature of my app enjoyed by 100K+ other users!
Kinda like "Does not work on Droid", when Droid is the most popular phone
and no one else has a problem.
The first comment for my app was "Does not work on desire".
Kinda strange since I have one. Possibly the Desire was the only phone
it worked on but it definitely worked on it.
