I agree with you David. If a developer has this sort of mindset, the 
application is most likely a POS like the many other apps in the Android 
Market. Even if it's a decent app, the developer is only damaging his or her 
reputation and the word gets around fast. I can see the recommendation ratings 
plummet, all on the basis of the actions of the developer. It's pretty childish 
and it shows the developer has no idea or concept of how to deal with difficult 
customers. I could only dream that all my customers are going to be pleasant as 
all the folks in Mayberry.
