There are times where it appears I have just gotten off on the wrong foot with an EU and there is no fixing that I can see. I think that is the sort of situation this thread deals with... just fyi. Even Verizon reps have given me the cold shoulder in the past when they decided I wasn't worth dealing with anymore.
