I'll say that there are a lot more things in Adwords than when I last spent much time with them. It'll take me a month or two to report back on it.
But in response to one of the questions brought up here: http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722054?hl=en Look under "Track downloads of Android mobile applications" I still reccommend setting up Analytics, because you have a lot more to track.
