"LH" might not work because Nwcache loads itself into
upper memory by default.

--- partial out put of nwcache /? ----
/L Use conventional memory for cache
/X[=address] Use extended memory [at address in KB] for cache
/E Use expanded memory (EMS) for cache
/ML,/MU,/MLX,/MUX Load into: /ML conventional memory /MU upper memory
/MLX conventional and XMS memory using DPMS
(default) /MUX upper and XMS memory using DPMS

(and it goes back to simply /MU if you don't have DPMS loaded)

Mark and releas arn't needed if you load nwcache last.
nwcache /u unloads it (if it was the last TSR to be loaded)
