Hi Mai, It appears that your database called "arches_my_hip_app" wasn't installed correctly. If you have pgadmin3 or access to a terminal can you confirm that you have a schema called "concepts" and within that a table called "concepts". Your database user "django" needs to have the privilege to create tables, functions, etc.. Can you confirm that as well. As a test you might temporarily load the system using the "postgres" user.
