I am able get to the patch download page, search for a patch, and click download, but then I get the following popup: To access he patches Enter the following username and password: rpatches Supp0rt89 (ARNOTE 30000) I am not sure where to enter that username and password. If I do it at the initial logon page, I get an error that it is invalid. We experience this constantly with Windows downloads with OpenOffice.org (yes I work on things other than Remedy in my spare time.) For UNIX type operating systems there is curl. I don't know what you can use to restart downloads for Windows type operating systems. We have to remember that not everyone has a DS-3 (15MB) connection to the Internet at their beck and call.
