Hi,
The attachments in this case would be stored in for example:
C:\remedydump\CHG_Infrastructure_Change\CHG000000001234\
But it might be that the attachments are not stored in CHG:Infrastructure
Change but for example in the related worklog form.
The config I gave you was just a skeleton. You need to figure out exactly
which data you want to export.
It might look like you are storing the attachments in the main ticket, but if
I remember right it is stored in CHG:WorkLog, HPD:WorkLog etc.
