I have a requirement to hide Change Classes that are not used, i.e. Expedited,
Latent, etc. We have to ensure that the solution we provide will work in My IT.

Option 1 - Pop up a warning message if Latent is selected - Customer has said
they don't like this option as they don't even want to allow the user to see
Expedited, Latent, etc.

Option 2 - Delete the selection values for Latent and Expedited - CONS - this
will need to happen across 15-20 forms and not sure of the impact on OOTB
workflow if these values are removed. The PRO is this solution should work in
MyIT

Option 3 - Create a new "Class" field and control the menu and then populate it
back to the OOTB field. The problem is I don't think I can set this field in a
Filter... I think the OOTB field needs to be set correctly as soon as the new
menu is selected.

I know this is a common customization and was wondering if anyone has
implemented a solution to prevent users from selecting unused Chance Classes
and the solution worked in MyIT. Appreciate any feedback on the options above
or any real world experiences.

Thanks

Kevin
