I don't know what you mean regarding my config about floating licenses. I have 20 floating, and I had 19 in use. We have another 100 fixed, and 62 of those are in use. I had around 24 Read licenses in use as well.
What is the default to set for not found 2? We do have read licensed only users. During the last issue when this existed, I did use my Fixed user with a Remedy password (as opposed to an LDAP password) and that user also got the error/hung on logon. I am willing to try almost anything. Thanks for the reply.
