After changing one of my SRD's to include the Company and the Support Group
in the Service Request Coordinator section of the SRD, I'm still not getting
anything for a Service Coordinator in the SR itself. Did I miss a step
somewhere?

The SRD can be configured with the service request co-ordinator for each
request that is published. This is the only capability of auto assignment
for the SRM Request that I am aware of. The fulfillment applications (WO,
CHG etc..) are configured via the Configure Assignments form and are driven
via the operational categorizations.
