If that's a concern, rename it to 'Command' or some such thing. I've never had it be a problem either way, though.

The escalation is supposed to do a set fields on the field OPERATION, setting field value to $DATE$ on the current form. Then a filter guilde takes over and fires the workflow if OPERATION != $NULL$ on that form, on Modify. 'Disable Change Flag' also isn't checked on OPERATION field. But, the escalation still doesn't make the filter fire, but if I touch the OPERATION Field on the form, the filter fires. Any ideas? Escalation log shows this = :HPD:Template:ManagedOSAutoCreateNEW (enabled) : ready to fire now on -HPD:Template <ESCL> <TID: 0000005588> <RPC ID: 0000004938> <Queue: Escalation> <Client-RPC: 390603 > <USER: AR_ESCALATOR (Pool 1) > --> Failed qualification But there is NO qualification, and I ran arsignel.exe -e to recache the escalation definitions... Did I understand everyone's comments correctly. So I have an escalation that sets a field to $DATE$ to trigger the modify action. This sounds like what you are doing, so I'm not sure why it doesn't work. I'm even setting a display-only field and it still works. Has anyone had to do this before, Thanks Rick __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com <http://www.rmsportal.com/> ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com <http://www.rmsportal.com/> ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com <http://www.rmsportal.com/> ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com <http://www.rmsportal.com/> ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com <http://www.rmsportal.com/> ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com <http://www.rmsportal.com/> ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
