Rebecca, I see there's this filter on the interface form which pushes to SRM:Request: SRM:SRI:CreateRequest_100_CreateRequest`! I am looking at a 7.6.04 environment. I see that it is pushing the 'Status' field from the interface form to the srm:request form. Is it doing the same for you?
