Correct. And you cannot add fields - you can move them around to make the picture prettier. If you want a new field like for e.g. Alternate Requester Name - easily done in Remedy. Cannot be done in SNOW.

That's not as easy to learn or quick to work in as the AR System interface, nor is it as flexible or as extensible.
