I'm using a Squeezebox 3 coaxial digital out to the DAC in a Behringer DEQ2496 and the sound is very good! This is not an expensive DAC (AKM AK4393). The Burr-Borwn DAC in your processor looks even better, so I think you may be pleased with the SB3 or Duet digital out running into the Rotel processor.
