Please point me to one high end transport that uses asynchronous USB. I repeat, when using a computer with only a USB output to play digital audio then asynchronous USB is clearly needed otherwise it's just another high end snow job like the "interface induced jitter/error-discussion" since NO ONE regardless of playback system can ever hear the interface induced jitter in S/PDIF. But hey, there are plenty of high priced digital audio cables, by they optical, coax or USB, that promise to clean up jitter. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ralphpnj's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10827 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97489 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
