Did you even bother to read or at least scan any of the links that I've
posted? The jitter reduction chase is just another audiophile canard
dreamed up by the industry and the high end press to get people to SPEND
money. You or anyone else cannot hear any of the reductions to jitter
that these overpriced high end units provide because you COULD NOT HEAR
the original, non-reduced jitter in the first place. Just you or anyone
else cannot hear the difference between a stock power cord, a $100 power
cord and a $3000 power cord. I don't say these things idly since any
well conducted double blind test will prove these statements 100% true
regardless of the system used for the test.

I'm not saying the Squeezebox products are the last thing in fidelity,
rather I'm trying to say that when either the Touch's or the
Transporter's stock digital output is used to feed a digital audio
stream to an external DAC they are the equal of any other digital stream
or transport.

But hey it's your money and you can spend it how you please. What I
object to is your insistence that all the money you or other audiophiles
spend is somehow magically improving the sound of your system because
most of the time you and so many other audiophiles are just throwing
your away.
