RIDGE ALL DAY! (Plus some
thermal lift to 4500')
Minimal operation, one aircraft
flying (Astir I, IKW) for a total of 5h34m in 5 flights (shortest 27 min,
longest 1h44m), yours truly instructing for about 4h30m in total, I was even
able to have an extended lunch break while Anhony and Justine had a 1 hour
flight in IKW
Started flying at 1050 (CST),
finished at ~1840 (CST) due to everyone having had their fill of flying and not
wanting a late night.
The local hang gliding
fraternity jumped off the ridge and drifted off downwind
somewhere.
Excellent,
Michael
