G'day Mark
I went back and re-read Peter's note about what was
said at Caboolture and I still don't pick up the "someone HAS sued us"
message.
And I don't recall that being mentioned when I have
been spoken to about the submission that was considered at the last Board
Meeting.
Can anyone please clarify what Mark is
saying ..... has the GFA had legal action taken against it BECAUSE OF ANY
ACCIDENT OR INCIDENT REPORT THAT IT HAS PUBLISHED TO ITS MEMBERS?
Will also take this up with one of our members who is a
Barrister and also an aircraft owner.
Regards

Geoff, I think you're reading rather
selectively. The message I've been getting isn't "someone might sue
us," it's "someone has sued us."
(Get Redmond talking about winch
launch lawsuits...!)
