Al, Don't you just love the relatives who won't share information? I have a few of these. One cousin still insists her mother was an only child..however, my research shows she had 10 siblings, including my grandmother. She is even named in some of their obits!
I have another with whom I shared everything I had about her family member, she thanked me profusely, said she didn't have anything to share and felt bad but if she ever found anything she would share. Well, she received a document that she was having problems reading and I asked her to send me a copy and I would see if I could deciper it (and I would have liked to have had a copy)....guess what, when it came time to share she was going out of town and I never received a copy of the document. Well, she had some problems with her computer and lost everything and asked me to resend the information on the family ...guess what, I did not!
