I'm very glad that Bare Bones has made BBEdit available at the App Store. I
upgraded to BBEdit 10 using the App Store. I don't need the "Authenticated
Saves" capability. I can't remember if BBEdit are explicit about that at the
App Store, if not I guess maybe they should be.

I do have a sense of caution about things like the App Store, but I think that
not having to keep passwords is rather a good thing. Also I like with App Store
purchased applications I can just open the App Store "app" and install any
upgrades that way. This means that when I next go to upgrade the application I
won't have the "upgrade available" thing. There are some applications which
tell me about an upgrade every single time I launch them, such as
GraphicConverter :)

I am glad that developers do upgrade applications regularly of course, but I
like the idea of just opening the App Store and upgrading them all at the same
time.
