The short answer is "yes" and "yes". The longer answer is that we currently have a situation where the same users sometimes have different usernames and/or email addresses on forums/bugzilla/wiki/campfire/mySB.com/etc. Some users probably even do this because of some perceived security and/or anonymity. It won't be easy to reconcile all of this.
