What do you like about the three that you have? I have not played TtR, but I am familiar with Carc and Settlers.
If you like placing things and making a new world, perhaps look at Arkadia when BGG Proper comes back up. You get to place building tiles that are somewhat Tetris shaped, and workers. If you like placing workers, a step up from that might be Pillars of the Earth. If you like rolling dice and getting resources, I heartily second the recommendations for Stone Age and Kingsburg.
