What do you like about the three that you have?

I have not played TtR, but I am familiar with Carc and Settlers.

If you like placing things and making a new world, perhaps look at
Arkadia when BGG Proper comes back up. You get to place building tiles
that are somewhat Tetris shaped, and workers. If you like placing
workers, a step up from that might be Pillars of the Earth.

If you like rolling dice and getting resources, I heartily second the
recommendations for Stone Age and Kingsburg. If you want less chance/
no dice, try Agricola.
