People above have said that there's a big jump between the three you've tried and those you've listed. Honestly, my first Euro was Carcassonne, and my second was Puerto Rico. And I loved (and still love) PR. Then I got into the action point games, like Tikal, Torres, and Java. And I haven't looked back. Well, then I did try Settlers and TtR, and they just weren't as good as the medium/heavy games that I had started playing.
My suggestion is to maybe pick up one expansion, after reading the rules on BGG, to one of the three games you particularly enjoy, but also try three or four other games that seem interesting/exciting to you! Read the rules first to see if it sounds intriguing, then make your purchase. You can always put them up in a math trade and trade for a different game if you decide you don't like it! Best of luck!
