I'm a big fan of Puerto Rico. I admit I bought it mostly because it was #1 on BGG and a friend raved about it, but it is a great game. It's a bit daunting after starting out with ticket to ride and settlers as I did too, but it's worth it.
I'd recommend Puerto Rico out of the ones you listed. Pandemic is a great co-op game. I like to pull this one out when the people I'm playing with are afraid they will suck.
