This is great stuff, but as I read it, only applies in official war
business.
Really though, I feel that we're lucky if our bodies and bikes are
seen by drivers at all, much less if they see and understand what our
our flailing arms mean. So, while it's nice to use conventions, I'm
happy enough if they're just alerted that I'm going to do *something*
and drive a bit more cautiously past me. So if I'm on their right,
it's probably better to wave the hand they're most likely to see.
India, you should get blinky bracelets for turn signals, that way
you've covered. Just don't try to use them to signal braking (unless
on a coaster brake bike)
