Hi. In that case when the page loads press insert-a and you will hear
Window-eyes say auto load off. This will prevent the msaa or browse mode
from loading automatically. Now when you go out of browse mode it will
stay out for you. To go back to the way things were press
control-shift-a to turn browse mode on and press insert-a to hear auto
load on.
