Kevin,
I use Rhino ramps which I believe have a higher weight rating than these
ramps.
I then use jack stands for backup.

I also have a set of Rhino ramps. I use them all the time. They even fit under 
the front of my 95 M3 (H&R OE springs). They were about $50 and are strong 
enough to hold my Land Rover...handy to have in the garage.

I would like to have a set that has a longer ramp on them but I dont think I 
want them enough to spend $199 on them. The really long set they have for 
$299 sure would be nice at a more reasonable price...

<WTB> E46 small round foglights, either side, might be used on other 
models too.  Cracked lenses are ok as this is for a bicycle lighting 
project.
