As an addendum to my last message, actually, you should be able to use the same 
pop and smtp servers on the bn as you do with your email program.  The 
bn shouldn't require any more or any less authentication than the program on 
your pc as they're really accessing the mail servers from the same place : your 
dsl line.  

So, I'd check the settings in your email for the correct servers and also for 
any authenticationstatus.

Actually you might be able to find it on their web site somewhere under email 
configuration or maybe their list of pop/smtp servers.
