But, if anyone gets so angry with the long wait that they actually make the call and cancel the order, this will be a great sadness for that unfortunate customer. I don't know and won't pretend to know why they are taking so long, but I would say that when the origional transplant took place, back in October, they were doing very well on the braille keyboards side but the qt keyboards were going slower. I would only imagine, that things have been delayed in New Zealand, because of all that has happened lately. It is a very good product, and though I have had some issues Humanware has worked with me, and they have fixed the problem and the next release from what I have been told, will be taking care of that, so they really do try to work with people. It might seem like it is taking forever, but as I said, hang in there, and you will get yours soon.
