I'm sorry, but no one should have to get Skype or anything else to talk to Tech. Support! We have waited for as long as 40 minutes. After that amount of time, we decided they weren't answering. Fortunately, we have unlimited calling, but that's not the same for everyone. As I said earlier today, my Husband and , have had much better success with Freedom Scientific. We have never had long wait time to get equipment from them. If some of you have had success, hats off to you. We just don't get that preferential treatment. It sucks!
