Well, if you are having problems calling HW Tech Support in the United
States, or, if you have any other technology problem or question, I
invite you to call the Adaptive Technology HelpDesk at the Chicago
Lighthouse for People Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired.  This
nation-wide, free technical support service can be reached weekdays
between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. central time at 888-825-0080.  Among
other technology, we can support most of the BrailleNote products except
the PK as we do not have one here.  If your problem or question cannot
be answered by our HelpDesk Technician, we'll conference in HW Tech
Support for assistance.  NOTE, However, that you cannot call us just to
make a free call to HW Tech Support.

BTW, very few companies, even in mainstream technology, provide free
technical support lines anymore.  With the wide variety of long distance
plans available these days, I think they believe most people can find a
way to call tech support and not have to spend a huge amount of money.
