You have a right to be upset about what is happening. If your
BN wasn't being work on, then where did Gage get his
informaiton on August 16th? At the same time, from experience
as a Rehab Counselor, I'm not suprirsed there is a delay.
Frankly, I wonder if you have spoken with your CoUnselor to
ensure that he/she has authorized payment? Like any busness HW
needs to know they will be paid; and, moving payment in Rehab
Agencies can be a real drag.
