I realize you are busy. However, I'm becoming seriously
concerned. Did you read the entire message Mona sent?
Specifically, She stated that on Aug. 15, Gage told her the BN
was being worked on; and, on the 19th, mentioned payment.
IN other words,Mona received conflicting information. Obviousl,
had she been told Tuesday, that payment was in question, Mona
could have contacted her Rehab Counselor. (Remember, Mona
needs the device before August 31st, when she begins
training.)
