This is only my opinion but is not without foundation. There have been 
problems with some of the mother boards and batteries so it is my guess that 
this is what they were correcting. If you know what your build and hardware 
were before, you might check when it is returned to see if it is changed. I 
do send my unit in every year for maintenance and, believe me, they don't 
routinely replace a battery without getting your permission first because 
they would ordinarily charge about $70. Since I gather you aren't getting an 
additional charge, this is why I think might supposition is correct.  Jill
