If you have an Mpower, try an Engineer's Reset, done by holding down the record button while pressing the reset button. If this does not remedy the problem, please contact Humanware Tech Support for assistance. Performing back to back resets without the unit returning to the main menu can trigger the infinite reboot detector and once it is triggered, your unit must be returned to the service depot to have this condition cleared and possibly other trouble remedied.
