Hi Lisa, Okay, I'm confused. My understanding of the service contract which I just received is not time-sensitive. In otherwords, I thought it covered two upgrades, regardless of how long it took for them to come out. So if I'm correct, that would explain why you were not notified, unless your second contract started with version 3, as there have been two major upgrades since then. Best Regards,
